多抗.jpg相比于单克隆抗体,多克隆抗体的优势是:作用全面,具有中和抗原、免疫调理、补体依赖的细胞毒作用(CDC)ADCC等重要作用,而且来源广泛、制备简单

多克隆抗体是由异源抗原(大分子抗原、半抗原偶联物)刺激机体产生免疫反应,有机体浆细胞分泌的一组免疫球蛋白。多克隆抗体主要从动物免疫血清、恢复期患者血清或免疫接种人群的血清中获得。天然的抗原分子中常含有多种不同的抗原表位,以该抗原刺激机体的免疫系统可同时激活多种B细胞克隆,产生的抗体中会含有多种针对不同抗原表位的抗体,因此称之为多克隆抗体。多克隆抗体由于其可识别多个抗原表位、可引起沉淀反应,制备时间短,成本低的原因广泛应用于研究和诊断方面。

多克隆抗体一般通过免疫接种合适的哺乳类动物而产生,例如小鼠、兔子或者山羊。通常更倾向于采用大型哺乳类动物,因为可以采集更多的血清。针对客户需求进行多克隆抗体的免疫与制备,并经多重检验,确保实验功能应用。
