聚乳酸(PLA)又被称为聚丙交酯,是由乳酸直接缩聚或丙交酯开环聚合所得一类聚酯类聚合物,是一种新型生物可降解材料。
PLA微球的制备方法可分为物理法、物化法、化学法等。物理法有喷雾干燥法、真空喷涂法、多空离心法等,物化法包含了乳化溶剂挥发法、W/O/W(水包油包水)制备法、相分离法等,化学法有气相聚合法、界面聚合法等。PLA微球可应用于医用药物方面,即PLA载药微球的研究,可以延缓药物的释放,降低药物的毒副作用。
