Introduction
Streptavidin magnetic beads can efficiently bind biotinylated antibodies, nucleic acids, proteins and other ligand molecules. The combination of streptavidin and magnetic beads makes the capture, rinsing and detection of biotinylated samples easier and more convenient, which is suitable for large-scale multi-sample automated operations.
Instructions (General)
1 Take appropriate amount of magnetic beads 0.3-0.5mg (the amount can be adjusted according to the needs and type of sample) to add to the sample to be reacted, shake at room temperature for 10-30 minutes (the reaction time can be appropriately extended according to the size of the biotinylated molecule and the complexity of the space structure) ), place it on a magnetic stand for magnetic separation, discard the supernatant, and repeat the elution with loading buffer 3 times.
2 Streptavidin and biotin bind quickly and are not affected by pH, temperature, organic solvents and other denaturants after the binding.
Note: This section provides a general procedure. Different types of antibodies of different quality can be optimized on this basis to obtain the best purification results.
