左旋聚乳酸(PLLA)由L-丙交酯聚合而成,是一种生物可吸收降解材料。PLLA的体内降解分为两个阶段, 首先水解成乳酸单体,乳酸单体在乳酸脱氢酶的作用下转变为丙酮酸,然后进入线粒体被彻底氧化分解,生成二氧化碳和水。
PLLA微球的制备方法有乳化固化法、相分离法、喷雾干燥法等,PLLA微球可应用于医美领域,作为再生型材料制备透明质酸钠凝胶、冻干粉等;还可应用于医学领域,做药物控释、缓释包装剂;一次性输液用具、免拆型手术缝合线;组织工程支架、骨固定及骨修复材料等。
