Description
BackgroundCardiactroponin (cTn) consists of cardiactroponin T(cTnT); Cardiac troponin I(cTnI) and cardiac troponin C(cTnC) are composed of three subunits. 5%-8% of cTnT is distributed in the cytosol of cardiomyocytes, which is free cytosolic protein, and 9%-95% of cTnT is bound to fine myofilaments, which is bound structural protein. When myocardial ischemia leads to myocardial injury, the fine myofilaments are degraded and the cTnT bound to them is released, which increases the serum cTnT level. Acutemyocardial infarction (AMI) and its biomarkers for risk stratification of cardiac diseases.
We can offer labeled proteins/antibodies using a broad range of intensely fluorescent dyes and labels including FITC, Biotin, Alexa Fluor, Rhodamine B, Cy, Co-Au.
